My acquaintance with Sir is very old, we are friends and he is also my good guide in the relationship of Vastu Shastra Visharad. I will tell you about his special feature that he does not do any damage to the house, he only uses remedies and activates positive energy in the house. Therefore, Sir's solutions are less expensive but accurate.

(Translated by Google) Dushyant Patil Sir — Thank you and gratitude from the bottom of my heart! 🙏 From the very beginning of the construction of our new house, commercial space and shop, Dushyant Patil Sir guided us in Vastu Shastra in a very scientific, in-depth and easy-to-understand manner. Before the construction started, he visited the site in person and explained the importance of each direction, each space and the science behind why something should be in that exact place, in a very beautiful way with examples. In close coordination with our architect, he prepared a plan for the house and commercial space that was in accordance with Vastu Shastra. His guidance helped to achieve a beautiful balance between Vastu Shastra and modern architecture. Even after the construction started, his guidance continued with the same intimacy. He guided us from time to time for every small and big question like which direction the window should face, how much degree something should be or how to properly use a space. Whenever possible, he personally came to the site and inspected it and at other times answered every question satisfactorily over the phone. This seems to be their greatest specialty—not to stop at just one job, but to stand with the client throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of Vastu Shastra, their scientific approach to everything, their way of explaining the nuances, and their commitment to the client are truly commendable. Dushyant Sir, thank you very much for your excellent guidance, your timely support, and your valuable contribution to this important journey of our home and business! 🙏💐 Your service is not just a Vastu Consultancy, but a beautiful experience of knowledge, science, trust, and the spiritual support you get at every step of the way. Thank you very much and heartfelt thanks, Dushyant Sir! ❤️🙏
